This store has fantastic products and fantastic prices. I have become, over the years, very happy with the customer service as well. I don"t think there is any other organization with better customer service. And few times that there have been issues I received excellent customer service; I will continue to buy products from them and recommend them to others.

The folks at brilliantstore were very prompt with the processing my order. I have not received my Uniwill 755CI0 battery as of yet but that's no fault of theirs. They can't control the efficiency of USPS. I will purchase from them when ever I need something but request they use Fedex for delivery.

I was shopping for a Uniwill 755CI0 replacement battery. My daughter's college gave us a website to get a battery at a discounted price. The battery was back ordered. We waited almost 7 weeks and still no battery. I decided to shop the web on my own; I should have done this from the beginning. I found Brilliantstore.com and they had the Uniwill 755CI0 battery less than the discount the college website. The best part was the battery was IN STOCK!!! My daughter had her battery in 4 days!! Unbelievable!! I needed to call customer support to be sure they would ship to the college. The ordering for was unsure for multiple address line. The woman at customer support was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She assured me it would be delivered correctly. Needless to say I now have one happy student. The battery is more than that exceeded our expectations; it actually works better than the original. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
