Shipping was by far most reasonable than other merchants that had Uniwill N755CA5 battery. 2. Good Price and Fast Shipping

It's an easy online ordering and fast delivery. They had the Uniwill N755CA5 battery at a discount from the other store price and got them to me promptly as promised. Can not ask for anything more than that. They had everything I needed and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely use this store again! You've done a great job!!!
3. Flaw but Good Service-

I ordered the Uniwill N755CA5 battery and it was delivered in 2 days as requested. When I received the battery, it didn't work. I sent off for an RMA as specified in the return instructions on their web site. I sent the damaged battery back in accordance with their instructions and received a Uniwill N755CA5 replacement battery within one week after they received the damaged one. The new one works as expected by now. Anyway, I'm very pleased with the customer service and service overall. Thanks.
4. Flaw but Good Service

The package box was partially broken when arrived. The batteries were in good condition. The one battery was missing. Called the customer service - she was very friendly and this battery arrived in a couple of days. Overall, it has excellent Service and Shipping as two batteries out of five totally arrive DOA. Customer service was excellent and replacement batteries arrived overnight. By the way, I think the ability to track the order status would be beneficial as opposed to just getting the email from the shipping company. Just a suggestion. Thank you for this.
