Overall, this website has been a pretty nice merchant for computer and electronics merchandise. They usually have the best prices, the reviews are helpful, and the shipping speed is quick. That"s totally what a customer wants from a seller.

I was very happy with my experience with Brilliant. I will be shopping more from them. You had the product I needed. I couldn't find it anywhere locally. And they had the best price for this item although handling and shipping cost was higher than anywhere else ($40 may have been realistic since the item weighed 35 lbs, but it seemed high). Bottom line though was that the overall cost was still the lowest that I found.

This is an exceptional replacement battery for my Yakumo Q7M laptop. This item is backed by a one year warranty and a 30 day return policy. The item was bought and received with in a week. The shipping was professional and well protected. I had a few questions and so I called their customer service representatives. They were very helpful and polite and answered all of my concerns.

Again, great service with nice prices. I have used brilliantstore.com before and I will continue to do so! I find shopping for all of my computer parts here to be cheap and easy! I find that the website is very organized and easy to use. I also find that they almost always have the best prices and when they do not its maybe one out of 20 items. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is building a system.
